Yes. All mailboxes comes by default with 5 GB size. You can opt for upgradation of desired mailboxes. We offer
upgradation in blocks of 5 GB, up to 100 GB total size per mail box.
We do support POP3 and IMAP protocols. You can use any of the POP/IMAP compatible email clients like
Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Eudora to access your emails. You can also configure and access your emails
using POP/IMAP compatible email clients on your mobile, tablets or any devices.
Yes, with every ILXMail account, we do provide access to administration panel.
You can add and manage email accounts, reset passwords, manage domain-level safe & black list,
manage user permissions, view reports and perform various other administrative operations for the entire domain.
As an administrator, you can control which features or services are available to different users.
For example, you might allow only Webmail Access to certain set of users, where as you allow only
IMAP access to other set of users.
To migrate to ILXMail, you need to first create email accounts. Once you have done the basic setup,
you need to direct your domain's mail flow to your ILXMail account. You do this by pointing your domain's
Mail Exchange (MX) records to ILXMail. MX record changes can theoretically take anywhere between 24 to 72 hours,
but they typically happen much sooner. Hence, we recommend to initiate the switch during evening or weekend when
you have less email traffic.
